Several postdoctoral positions are available at School of Life Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, China.Our research interests focus on the mechanisms of pathogen-host interactions, especially interested in gut microbiota and its related diseases. We are also interested in the mechanism of the co-evolutionary molecular mechanism of bacterial CRISPR system and phage anti-CRISPR system. We use multi-disciplinary approaches including bioinformatics, structural biology, cell biology, and mouse models in our studies.

Candidates should hold a PhD with a background in one or more of the following areas: bacteriophage, microbiota, virology（HIV/HBV）, immunology, genome editing, Cryo-EM or related field.
