个人简介
哈工大生命科学与技术学院教授、院长,生命科学中心主任。
2008年从北京生命科学研究所柴继杰教授结构生物学实验室博士毕业,
然后去哈佛大学免疫与感染疾病系 Laurie H. Glimcher教授免疫学实验室做博士后,
2012年回国到哈工大建立实验室,研究微生物和人适应性免疫的分子机制,以及新型基因编辑工具的开发。

Prof. Huang is dean of the School of Life Science and Technology
and director of HIT Center for Life Sciences at Harbin Instituteof Technology.
After finishing his PhD thesis from the structuralbiology of Dr. Jijie Chai
at National Institute of BiologicalSciences in 2008,
he then went to the immunological lab ofDr. Laurie H. Glimcher
at Harvard University to receive hispostdoctoral training.
In March 2012, he joined the Schooland Life Science and Technologyat Harbin Institute ofTechnology as a professor.
His research mainly focuses onstudyingthe molecular mechanisms of bacterial and humanadaptive immune systems and developing novel genomeeditting tools.

采用整合的研究方法包括生物信息学、病毒学、免疫学、结构生物学以及小鼠遗传学等,从分子、细胞以及个体水平等多个层次以较全视野对适应性免疫系统以及病毒拮抗机制进行研究。研究方向包括:
1. 研究人适应性免疫系统以及病毒拮抗宿主免疫的功能与机制。
2. 研究细菌CRISPR-Cas系统以及噬菌体Anti-CRISPR系统的分子机制,同时基于研究成果靶向设计高效的、特异性的新型基因编辑工具。
3. 研究在生理和病理过程中人微生态系统中病毒、细菌的功能与机制。
4. 解析免疫与感染性疾病发生过程中起关键作用的蛋白(复合物)的分子机制,并利用这些结构信息理性设计小分子药物治疗相关疾病。
Research Area
We use multi-disciplinary approaches including bioinformatics, single cell sequencing, immunology, structural biology, and mouse models from to study the molecular mechanisms of microbe and human adaptive immune systems, microbial dysbiosis in human diseases, how immune systems interaction with other systems in the body, and developing novel CRISPR-Cas genome editing tools for the treatment of genetic disorders.
