研究内容
1.生物防治生物技术研究
运用生物防治微生物研究植物病害生物防治原理,研制植物病害生物防治相关生物技术。在这一领域所利用微生物资源主要包括木霉菌和毛壳菌等真菌。研究手段主要包括基因工程、基因组学、功能基因挖掘等。
2.生物质资源化生物技术研究
运用生物质资源化微生物研究生物质资源化原理,研制生物质资源化生物技术。在这一领域所利用微生物资源主要包括黑曲霉、酵母菌、出芽短梗霉等微生物。研究手段主要包括发酵工程、基因工程、代谢工程、功能基因挖掘等。
Research Interests
1. Study on bio-technology in bio-control
Study on plant disease bio-control mechanisms and bio-technology withTrichodermaspp. andChaetomiumspp. etc by the methods of genetic engineering, genome, functional gene isolating etc.
2. Study on bio- technology in bio-mass recycle
Study on bio-mass recycle mechanisms and bio-technology withAspergillus nidulans , Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Aureobasidium pullulansetc by the methods of fermentation, genetic engineering, metaboliste enginerring, functional gene isolating etc.
