研究内容

1. 极端环境微生物的研究是针对极端环境中的微生物多样性及其组学研究,包括但不限于极地等极端环境中的微生物适冷及嗜盐机制研究研究也涉及天体生物学范畴。

2. 利用发酵工程技术,生物质综合利用固体发酵和液体发酵进行优化,包括但不限于有机质含量高的生活垃圾纤维素含量高的农业生产废弃物如秸秆等。

Research Interests

1. The study of extremophiles mainly focus on the biodiversity and the omics of microbes in extreme environments, including, but not limited to, the study of microbial cold adaptive and halophilic mechanisms in extreme environments such as the polar regions, which also involves astrobiology.

2. Fermentation engineering technology plays a very important role in the optimization of biomass utilization, which including not only daily food wastes but also agricultural production waste with high cellulose content, such as straws and so on.
